An obnoxious Chief Agency Officer who bully & shout obscenities and using derogatory words resulting in hundreds of staffs and agency members leaving axa affin life insurance to join competitors.

WhatApps – when you whatapps your staffs and agents after 12.00pm midnight and expecting them to response within 30 minutes. Staffs/agents who does not response within 30 minutes are marginalized, issued warning letter for insubordination and terminated without any reason. That is downright bullying!!

Foul words – shouting foul words, lewd language and derogatory words at your staffs/agents in the public – is not motivation. This is bully management and fear management – using force to demand absolute obedience from staffs/agencies.

Sexual Predator – when you ooggle at girls, uses lewd language and make unsolicited sexual advance – this is sexual harassment. This is not motivation or encouragement. Unfortunately no staffs/agents dare to complaint to the HR or AXA Regional Head Office. Any staffs/agents who dare to stand-up to your sexual harrasments - are terminated (without axa having to give any reason).  

Whoring – organizing agencies sales incentives (contest/challenge) but on the pretext on taking agents to illicit sex spots at Thailand or Philippine. This is not a sales incentive. Taking your agent out to disco, karaoke and visiting whorehouse at Thailand or Philippine is not motivation. You are a Chief Pimp Officer - encouraging and leading axa agents to indulge in prostitution & whoring.

Spins, Cheats and Lies – you have destroyed axa agencies with your persistent lies and spins. You abuse your position and uses it to destroy staffs/agents that refuse to sell axa dodgy product. Every agent that shook your hand with you in a deal lost his/her finger(s).

Burning Ringgit Notes - shouting at agency leaders to shut-up because they are not productive or wealthy. You claimed that only you have the right to talk in the meeting because you are successful and wealthy. Burning a one ringgit note to proof to the agency leaders that you are wealthy is a moronic & laughable act (not to mention an illegal act).  

Locking The Door - during agency meeting - disallowing any attendees to leave the meeting room for the toilet is an act of bullying and being petty. No one respect you for mistreating us like kinder-garden children.
