AXA Money Max Saver

Image result for dodgy productMoney Max Saver – this is AXA’s life insurance plan. The main attraction is paying 6 years limited premium for more than 20 year coverage combined with so-called attractive rate of return based on the sum assured.

Unreasonable Agent Compensation: When you save with the bank – your principal (or deposit) remains intact. In AXA Money Max Saver – a sizeable portion of your premium (deposit or principal) is being used to pay for its agent’s compensation including commission, production bonus, persistency bonus, challenges, leader’s overrides etc. Look at your policy cash value on the 1st & 2nd year. You will be shocked to discover it is less than 50%.

Ridiculous Low Sum Assured: Money Max Saver is not a life insurance plan. It is a saving plan comparable to a bank. The protection (in the event of death) or sum assured is extremely low. Once you pay the 3rd year premium – the total paid-up premium (3 years) is more than your policy sum assured.

Misleading Guaranteed Interest: The guaranteed interest is based on 8% and 5% of the sum assured depending on the policy year. After the 3rd policy year – the actual interest rate based on your paid premium (not on your policy sum assured) is less than 3% taking into consideration your money used to pay agent’s compensation.

AXA Agents: Not all agent in AXA are rogue agent. Many are forced to sell Money Max Saver or face being bully by AXA infamous Dictator. Agent who refuses to participate in swindling their customers are threatened, penalized, marginalized and terrorized.

Jumping a Sinking Ship: Hundreds of agents jumped ship from AXA to join better managed life insurer like Prudential, AIA, Allianz, Great Eastern, Zurich or Manulife. Even the staff smells AXA is sinking into a cesspool and jumps to join competitors.  

Customer Complain: If you are not happy with Money Max Saver you can lodge a complaint, return the policy and demand 100% return of your paid premiums from AXA. If AXA is reluctant to refund you 100% of your paid premium – you are encouraged to lodge complain with Bank Negara who is the regulatory body for life insurance industry.


Bully & Dictatorship – A sick psychopath Dictator in AXA bully, terrorize and demoralise its agency & staff. His unprofessional corporate’s behaviour is supported & encouraged by their French’s Supervisors located at the Regional Hong Kong Ivory tower. These irresponsible actions are extremely unprofessional and toxic for a multinational.

AXA Beli Besi Buruk Business

AXA AFFIN Life Insurance Berhad announced earnings results for half year ended June 30, 2016. For the period, the company reported pre-tax loss of MYR 16.4 million compared to the pre-tax loss of MYR 5.4 million in the previous year mainly due to higher reserves for future policyholders' liabilities required as a result of the movement in MGS rates and higher expenses.

Since 2014 - AXA has launched “Beli Besi Buruk Project’. The objective of this project is to boost AXA’s manpower at any cost to fool AXA Regional Head Office located at Hong Kong. Good money used to recruit industry’s washed-out garbage. Many joined but more left within 6 months after robbing and raping AXA.  

Desperation – AXA is desperate to recruit agency leaders. It is unable to attract quality agency leaders. AXA ended up recruiting washed-out had-been failures from the industry. Agency Leaders that failed in AIA, Prudential, Great Eastern were paid money to join AXA.

Flip Flop - Recruited agencies are subjected to “flip –flop” decision. Terms and conditions change day by day. New terms were shoved down agency leader’s throat. Agency Leader’s unhappy with new terms – were told not to keep the Jamban (shit house) and should leave AXA or take AXA to court.     

Fear Management - Newly recruited agency leaders must (compulsory) attend weekly, monthly meeting and Sin Bin meeting. AXA scolds, humiliates, talk-down and instil fear to extract obedience from agency leaders. Agency leaders who objected to this bullying are threatened with demotion, suspension and termination.

Poor or No Support – AXA offer absolute no support for newly recruited except for contest, contest and more contest. Contest are short term and difficult to qualify. Agency leaders ended up being penalized and pay excessively for the contest. Agency leaders who failed to qualify are scolded with derogatory words and name-calling – Traitor, Penderhaka or Pengkhianat.

Count your finger after shaking hand with AXA. Some of your fingers will be missing. Joining AXA is similar to walking into a death trap. Promises are broken. Guarantees turn into garbage. You are better off joining AIA, Prudential, Allianz, Great Eastern, Hong Leong Assurance, Manulife – Anything But AXA (ABA).

AXA Sabotage Own Agents

When Agency AAA recruit agency from Agency BBB within the same Insurer – this is “Internal inching”.

When a company officer recruit agency from his own company – this is “Sabotage”.

AXA agency is subjected to “Sabotage” constantly & persistently. The “Sabotage” project is championed & spearheaded by none other – AXA Officer 1 (AO1).

Here is how “Sabotage” works at AXA:-

Innocent Lunch/Dinner - “Sabotage” starts with an innocent invitation from AO1. You are invited to lunch/dinner because the AO1 wants to honor you and your top agents. During lunch/dinner – AO1 exchanges name card with your top agents. He repeatedly assures them – they can call him directly for any matter.
 
By-passing Agency leader – AXA staff under AO1 starts calling your top agents.  They passed company latest information to your agents directly. They conveniently “forget” to inform you. Their objective is to make you appear stupid and inefficient. 

Divide & Rule – Staff under AO1 proceeds to start fires within your agency. They started to talk bad things about you behind your back. They make special offer to your top agent without informing you. They withhold benefits to your agent and blame it on you. You ended up wasting time & resources putting these fires. Their objective is to divide & rule you and top agents.

Secret Offer - Eventually – your top agents will challenge, quarrel & confront you. They bring this so-called “problem” to AO1’s attention. The AO1 -  then size the opportunity and offer them a Unit/Agency Manager position. They and their agent will be allowed to leave your agency. You have no choice – AO1 leadership style - “My way or the Highway”!!


AIA, Prudential or Great Eastern is not your competitor or enemy. Your greatest enemy is closes to you and within a striking distance. Your enemy is AO1. There is no future in AXA - where the biggest dog chew & swallow-up smaller dogs. If you are an agency leader in AXA – you should consider leaving this company before you are eaten alive. At AIA, Prudential or Great Eastern – you will be safe, you will be protected - there is no “Sabotage” or “Internal Pinching”.
