AXA Foul-mouth Bully

Image result for foul lewd mouth Most of us have worked for a bad Manager at one point in our lives. Perhaps they yelled a lot and kept everyone walking on egg shells, or maybe they couldn't or wouldn't articulate what they expected. However it manifests itself, bad leadership kills axa affin life insurance's productivity and can spread like a cancer. 

The important thing for your career or business goals is that you don't let yourself fall into any of these bad management traps.

Foul-mouth Manager - don't realize how demoralizing this type of behavior can be for staffs and agencies. Foul language persistently and continuously flows out of the chief agency officer's mouth in an angry tone creates a situation where no one wants to function. Whether it's anger, disgust or this is how a bully talk to friends, this bully should never bring it to axa affin life insurance office.

The know-it All - This dictator typically demonstrates that he is the smartest person in the room and in axa affin. He always have an answer to every issue. Bully talks down staffs and agencies like stupid kinder-garden students . Worst - he threatens staffs/agencies with insubordination and termination. 

Poor Communicator - Axa affin is facing extremely high staffs/agencies turnover due to poor and disorganized communication. The chief agency officer is lousy at articulating what his expectations are. He or she sends emails that are confusing and require back and forth or makes requests without setting necessary parameters. Often times they aren't responsive unless cornered. 

Cynical Attitude - This dictator is being cynical and is an oxymoron. It's almost an admission that he is not capable to do his job. His famous mantra is - 'No that's not going to work' or 'I don't know why we are doing this; this is stupid' and they don't realize the impact that has."

Unethical Manager - This bully annoys employees and agencies. He appalls them. For that reason, it's a powerful "demotivator". When a bully breaks or fudges the rules, cheats, lies or indulges in behaviors that reveal a lack of moral principles, he or she loses employees' respect. Without their respect, a bully cannot lead.
