AXA Psychopath Bullying Staffs & Agents

Answer: Office Bully.

And there is one mother psychopath - found at axa affin life insurance bhd. Initially he is unrecognizable for what he is - but he shows his venom quite frequently in a rather secretive and alarming fashion. He is a predator. He feeds on the weaker and always cover his tracks. The kindest thing you can say about this psychopath is he is not a nice person. It goes downwards from there.

He cannot be identified easily as the man with the dark suit in the corner office. He is secretive and only show himself on the carefully selected staffs and agents he targets: usually, ones that are not in a position to fight back. Mostly those with where it’s not in their nature to retaliate or be seen to create a fuss. These people will often keep their head down, take the abuse and say nothing.

The stress, anxiety and upset that this causes for some can range from annoying to debilitating to the point where some have to go home or take a day/days off work to recover from a particularly brutal attack of verbal abuse. Unfortunately for some, it can lead to a severe personal breakdown or worse.

For anyone who has never been the target of a bully, the above will seem like fairy tale stuff and find it hard to believe that anyone would put up with this kind of conduct. That being the case, then you are clearly, the kind of person that this axa affin bully will target. 

He is too smart to abuse someone who will give back what they get, in front of others and show them up for what they are. Evil minded disturbed people with no pride in themselves, manipulators and taking pleasure in watching their discomfort.

Pressure to perform and the resulting stress seems to bring out the worst in this rabid mongrel - prompting him to intimidate and undermine those with a less robust personality type. One thing for sure, your favorite bully has a personality disorder.

In a very general sense, this psychopath tends to enjoy feeling powerful, especially when the other person doesn’t stand up for themselves. He believes he is far better than everyone in their skills and abilities to do their job. In short, he intimidates the weaker. 

However flawed this psychopath, his integrity is flawed but can appear to be ‘uber friendly’ and very personable to those around him except those he have targeted to be their ‘play thing’. In his mind, this kind of activity is a ‘play’ exercise for him believing that keeping someone in a state of discomfort is a demonstration of their prowess.

The clearest sign is that the bullying happens again and again and it’s not just someone having a bad day. The abuse can include irrational or insulting behavior, criticism, personal insults or even yelling. 

Bullying can also be what’s not said or just a look. Equally hurtful is finding that staffs/agents are being excluded from discussions or meetings where your presence would be the norm. This silent bullying is subtle, very hurtful and harmful. An old favorite is taking credit for someone else’s work or reporting someone else’s failure at a particular task.

If you are the subject of extreme abuse, it can bring about all forms of illness that will be stress related, and it will affect your work and possibly your social life as well. The important thing is to recognize the bullying for what it is, do not blame yourself, keep your head down and do your work to completion leaving no loose ends to criticize. 

Image result for office bully sexual assaultAny abused staffs/agents find it very difficult to confront this psychopath - who has a strong personality or is more senior than you. Always remember the law is on your side. So take a deep breath and say it. You will only have to say it once.

You should add that from this time on you will keep a written record of the date, time and location of any act, gesture or comment that is unacceptable and it will be made available to HR or whoever has that authority if need be. You might be surprised at the response you get.

When challenged he will deny everything and respond saying that it was only a casual conversation, it was not intended to be hurtful or it was only a joke or he is trying to motivate the staff/agent. More often than not that’s the end of it. That done they will move on to find other prey.

Take out your notebook, make your first entry in their presence, and say “it starts now”. Then just walk away. You can be very sure that this coward psychopath bully will think about this very carefully, will probably make a few comments over a day or two just to save face and all will quieten down. 

This psychopath is manipulative and very clever. If he believes there is the slight chance that his behavior may be reported and proved, they will stop immediately. If the bullying persists you must then report it to H.R.

However, before you report abuse, be sure you have all your facts right. Dates, times, what was said, to whom and who was a witness. With your HR people make notes of what was said and to whom. Keep a careful record of your progress and keep your notes on your person or at home, not in the office desk drawer.

It’s essential you keep records as legal issues could arise, so you need precise notes of all past events. From time to time post your notes to yourself by registered post and keep them unopened. You cannot then be accused of making up issues and backdating them to suit.

One thing is for certain, you are not obliged to put up with it, and when the day comes this mongrel S-Hole is sanctioned for his activities. You might be surprised at the sighs of relief that come from others all over the place.

AXA Trump Mental Impairment

donald-trump-oval-office.jpgDonald Trump is “showing a lot of signs” of dangerous mental impairment and may be a threat to the survival of American society, a leading Yale psychiatrist has claimed. Dr Bandy Lee said she had seen a “marked surge” in violence among her own patients since the day of Mr Trump’s election, blaming his strong rhetoric.
The lecturer, a former Harvard research fellow and chief resident at Massachusetts general hospital, was defending experts at an event she organised after they called the President "dangerous and delusional".
But Dr Lee insisted she and the panelists had people’s safety foremost in mind and that their judgement was not politically-motivated. She claimed that: “To say that there are mental health impairments in Mr Trump is not to make a moral judgement on him, and not to indict him in any way.
“It should not be used as a political weapon against him, but rather should be raised as a concern just like any medical issue that may impair an individual’s ability to function in office.
“I actually am afraid of politicization of this. We wouldn’t make up that someone has cancer, or a disability. Mental health should be treated the same.
“One of the reasons why I think that this matter needs to be out in public discussion is because of the very special stigma that is attached to mental illness. That stigma is due to ignorance.
“It’s about the situation where the presence of mental instability in a person in a position of power [is] affecting the survival and safety, not just of our patients, but of our whole patient base, meaning it spills into our responsibility.
“As mental health professionals we are privy to specialized knowledge that most others may not have, or be able to perceive. That is how psychiatric or psychological dynamics can have public health consequences at large.
“Most of my patients are violent offenders. I’ve been treating them and designing programs for them for over 20 years. Since the morning after Mr Trump’s election, there has been a marked surge in violence among my patients. They find justification for their violence in the rhetoric.”
Asked whether she had similar fears under Barack Obama’s presidency, she said: “No. None of us had this level of concern.”

AXA Chief Bully Is Not Well

Yes, he can be crass, he rambles incoherently at times, he seems wildly insecure, and when it comes to his critics, he has the discipline of a mid-tantrum toddler, but all that never made it an acceptable exercise to engage in speculation about his mental stability.

WhatApps - But thanks to vicious and imprudent whatapps every morning, I think we can safely wonder if chief ass is all right. Maybe he needs therapy. Or a good cry. Perhaps he never felt loved as a child. Exercise might help. And I hear bonsai is a healthy outlet for redirecting anxiety and rage. Either way, healthy, happy people do not behave like this. Almost every morning – I blinked awake to the blue light of my iPhone and saw the chief ass officer whatapps (again) disgusting things (again) about a staff/agent who criticized him (again). Chief ass insulted another staff/agent with dual accusations of inadequacy and bloodletting. Flowery names calling – Traitor, Penderhaka (Disobedient), Pengkhianat (Traitor), Jamban (shit-house), Kelingkia (Indian Boy), Kurang-ajar (not well brought-up) Stupid, Bodoh, MahTerk (Screw Your Mother) etc.is common. This quickly follows with threat of suspension and/or termination.

Image result for axa bullyBully - Forcing the agency to participate in a contest that is designed to be challenging and impossible to achieve plus follow-up with a heavy financial penalty is pure bullshit. Harry Frankfurt concludes that liars and truth-tellers are both acutely aware of facts and truths. They are just choosing to play on opposite sides of the same game to serve their own ends. The bullshit artist, however, has lost all connection with reality. He pays no attention to the truth. By virtue of this, bullshit is a greater enemy of truth than lies are.


Cheat - Where is all the "fines" chief ass “collected” from staffs/agents. Fines for not attending meeting. Fines for arriving late for meeting. Fines for leaving early during meeting. Fines for not responding to his whatapps message within 30 minutes. Fines for making critique during agency meeting. Fines for not contributing to ideas during agency meeting. Fines for not wearing appropriate attire during company events. Fines for refusing to sell dodgy product. Not a single ringgit accounted for. Not a single ringgit returned to the staff or agent. Where did all the fines go?? It all went to the chief ass’s pocket. Typical “Pagar Makan Padi” circumstance.
