AXA Travel & Tour Agency

Image result for tour businessAxa is desperate to raise money to cover up for its excessive expenses. It has diversify into travel & tour business to raise the additional income by exploiting its agency force. Agencies are forced to participate in several overseas contests on the pretext of promoting higher production.

Confusion – agency/staff are confused and unable to focus/monitor the numerous contests running simultaneously. Contest reports are manually updated - reports are slow, full of error and changes day by day. Qualifier could become non-qualifier within the next day.

Agency - are overworked, stressed and tired of chasing for production non-stop. Staff constantly harass and milking agency for production. Axa management mistook excessive contest as a motivation. It is not. It is a burden!!

Fear Management & Arm twisting - agency is force to commit before contest start. It is not unusual that more than 80% agency failed to qualify for any one contest. Non-qualifiers are forced to pay for overseas trip at an inflated price. A KL-Surabaya return ticket (AirAsia), 3 days 2 nights twin sharing at a crummy 3 star hotel cost RM2,800???

Flip-flop & Cheating  – qualifiers are disqualified based on the whims & fancies of a dictator. Any agents who dare to appeal are bullied, marginalized, punished & threatened with termination.

Quality of Business – Agency pushes production at the expense of unsuspecting customers. There are growing customer complaints on mis-selling, policy surrender & policy termination. All this erodes the agency confidence and hurts our income.

AIA, Great Eastern, Prudential, Allianz – invested in better IT, Branches, Product innovation and Agency Development & Training. Axa is unable to rejuvenate & is bankrupt of idea except for contest, contest and more contest.  While agents at AIA, Great Eastern or Prudential are more productive, better trained, better recruitment and earn better income – the agency at Axa is rotting & dying.
