AXA Agencies - Abused

Taxi drivers (even trishaw drivers) have union and/or association. Amazingly, axa agents (considered a professional occupation) has no union/association. Unlike other insurers, their agents are organized under union/association (PRULIA - Prudential, GELFAAM - Great Eastern & LUCEB - AIA).

Union protects the interest of agents. Employers have unchecked power over non-unionized agents. All key issues are unilaterally made without the participation of agencies. If decisions does not suit the agency force, the agencies are told to hold on, shut up or face terminated. Agency union can work closely with insurer to achieve higher productivity & better quality business.

Power Corrupts - Axa agency has absolutely no voice and no representation in important issues. Agencies are constantly subject to fear management including abuses, lies, manipulation & bullying. Management mistook derogatory words for inspiration, mistook fear for obedience and mistook abuse as management’s right. Agency who stand-up against unfair treatments are targeted, marginalised and quickly terminated. Power Corrupts & Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely!

Principal & Agent Relationship – Agents are not employee of the principal. Agents are representative of a principal. Unfortunately, axa agencies are weak without an organized union and are at the receiving ends of unfair treatments. Currently, a Dictator is abusing the agency agreement that is most detrimental & damaging to you and business.  Under this toxic environment, agencies are forced to kow-tow to a Dictator to avoid harassments, threats of termination and bullying.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—

Axa agency advices & sells protection to customer - but ironically – he/she is unable to protect his/her own business at axa!!! Stand-up, speak-up and say no to abuse, bullying & manipulation by axa. Form a union for your own protection or leave and join an insurer with an agent’s union.
